As my phone keeps pinging today with texts of friends and colleagues sharing #Election2024 angst, I am grateful to the folks at Calm for providing some moments of silence. Here’s their share to help us cope with political stress today.

Even Sesame Street brought their supportive messages to social media to support our election well-being. The neighbors’ message; “It’s OK to be anxious,” from Elmo to Grover, with wisdom from this loving community.
Wishing you well for peace, love, and health at home, in your community, in our world.
