Dr. Joe Kvedar is a pioneer in telehealth: I first met Joe when I did research for the California Healthcare Foundation on the history of telemedicine (publishedin CHCF's paper, Right Here, Right Now: Ten Telehealth Pioneers Make it Work, published in November 2008!
